“If you wish to travel far and fast, travel light. Take off all your envies, jealousies, unforgiveness, selfishness and fears.” – Cesare Pavese
In the mood for Light & Airy
I am back in the heat of Bangkok. All I want to do under this hot current is to stay as cool as possible. I dive in my closet and get back to the basics. I reach for the plain, comfortable, yet elegant sleeveless top from the Uniqlo Airism series from the Hana Tajima collection to satisfy the occasion. Functional elegance is the keyword. The fabric is light and breathable, and I feel so fresh.
I am pairing it with matching grey pencil skirt and pointed toe flats with remarkable silver ball heels detail. I add thin silver hoop earrings and some rings, just to avoid the extreme minimalistic edge. I wear these stainless steel accessories a lot recently, because they are allergy-proof. There are no worries on any skin discomfort, and I can truly feel free.
Then, I complete the look by having some fun with the silk scarf. My boyfriend’s grandmother in France offered it to me one summer, so it carries sentimental values! There, I am letting it soar with the wind, along with my appreciation.
I look as if I could blend into the crowd of white collars in this fancy business center. This outfit would suit the office scenes very well. Just throw a blazer on to add a formal vibe. What do you think about this look? Leave me some comments!
